Live to write. Write to live.

Want to hire a freelance copywriter who blends emotional storytelling with strategic thinking?

Scroll on. Here’s what that looks like in action.

A glimpse into my writing journey, from my first paid job with Scandinavian Airlines in 2000 to my most recent freelance copywriting work.

Over the years, I’ve written and proofread for a wide range of companies, publishers, organizations, production companies, film producers, and even a director – across formats, industries, and goals. Each project has its own voice, but the goal is always the same: clarity, connection, and story-driven results.

Copywriter, ghostwriter, screenwriter, blogger, journalist, podcast producer, editor, aspiring fiction writer, I’ve worn all those titles. But really, it’s just storytelling in different hats.

First, some of the brands I've had the pleasure of working with:

Copywriter:

Alligo/Swedol

Since beginning my freelance work with Alligo and Swedol in 2021, I’ve honed my copywriting skills by crafting compelling content for Alligo’s seven distinct brands, including AmPro, AWARD, Björnkläder, Gesto (clothing and shoes), INNO, and Univern. I’ve also contributed to key projects such as Smart Service, Signal Lucence, and ReCare, helping to shape clear, impactful messaging across multiple platforms.

My work spans a broad range of formats, from attention-grabbing headlines, blog posts, and web copy, to persuasive business and brand presentations, and product copy.

I’ve also crafted product tags, news articles, in-depth feature stories, and printed marketing materials such as folders and brochures.

Through these experiences, I have mastered the art of tailoring language and tone to suit the unique identity of each brand, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with its intended audience.

Björnkläder

Since 1905, Björnkläder has been dedicated to making durable, comfortable workwear and is today one of the oldest and highest-quality brands for professional clothing in the Nordic region.

I’ve written several longer storytelling articles for Björnkläder. Below, you’ll find some examples:

Västerbottens bygghantverk

Hemavans skidpatrull

Björnkläders produktteam

Gesto (shoes & clothes)

Ever since its launch in 2013, Gesto Clothing has been an innovative brand in terms of design and choice of materials. Gesto was the first to introduce stretch fabric in their trousers, taking comfort in workwear to a whole new level, and customers immediately loved them.

I’ve written everything from product copy and company and brand presentations to social media posts for Gesto’s two different brands. Below is an example of a clothing tag I wrote:

AmPro

AmPro, your specialist in tool carts and storage solutions that bring organization to a whole new level. With the right storage, you get better structure, saving valuable time and giving you quick access to the tools and essentials you need at work.

Our range also includes quality hand tools at great prices, built to handle all kinds of tasks. This reflects what AmPro stands for: “I am Professional.”

Take control of your workspace with AmPro, where the right tools and storage solutions get the job done.

I wrote web texts like the one above for AmPro, as well as company and brand presentations and social media posts.

AWARD

The Right Light for the Job

AWARD was founded in 2015 in direct response to customer demand for reliable vehicle lighting. Through continuous product development and rigorous testing, they maintain full control over quality, durability, and availability, so you, as a customer, can make a smart and secure purchase.

AWARD’s goal is to help you carry out your work safely and confidently, ensuring that you always see and are seen.

I wrote website copy, social media posts, and company and brand presentations for AWARD. I also wrote the article “The Light Along the Way,” – or ”Ljuset längs vägen” in Swedish – which is published both on their website (via the link above) and in the AWARD product catalogue.

INNO

A screw is just a screw, right?

Not if INNO has anything to say about it.

Here, it’s all about fasteners with that little something extra and a level of quality you can always rely on.

I wrote website copy, company and brand presentations, as well as an article about INNO.

Univern

The premium brand Univern designs and manufactures workwear for extreme outdoor environments, where protection against wind, rain, and cold is absolutely essential.

The ProTec collection is developed with a layered approach and in close collaboration with its users, to ensure a warm, dry, and comfortable workday.

I have written different texts about Univern.

Smart Service

Originating in Finland, Smart Service is part of the Swedol (Alligo) universe, a next-level take on smart storage solutions.

I also wrote the web copy where you can read more about Smart Service.

Signal Lucence

Signal Lucence’s fluorescent material is now featured on Univern jackets and other leading brands, adding a powerful layer of safety. It charges in sunlight or indoor light and glows in darkness for up to eight full hours.

I contributed to this project by writing the web texts for Signal Lucence.

Ghostwriter:

True Fit
- A Collected History of Denim

In True Fit – A Collected History of Denim, I had the privilege of working closely with Viktor to bring his passion for denim to life. As a copywriter and ghostwriter, my role was to partner with Viktor throughout the entire process, helping shape his vision into a compelling narrative.

Through our close collaboration, I conducted extensive research, crafted the text, and carefully refined every detail to ensure that both Viktor’s own story and denim’s rich history were presented with accuracy and engagement.

If you have a story to tell, I’m here to help you bring it to life with the same dedication and attention to detail, turning your ideas into a polished narrative from start to finish.

Vintage Denim Coming Alive!

In the silent Nevada desert, tiny patches of light pierce the dark veil of the night. Viktor, Mike, and the team descend into an old, abandoned mine. Their headlamps sweep across the uneven walls as they breathe through face masks, digging and searching. If luck is on their side, they may unearth a pair of jeans buried for over a century.

From humble workwear in the harshest environments to global fashion icons, jeans have undergone a remarkable transformation. True Fit – A Collected History of Denim tells the story of jeans’ origins and evolution, revealing their place as a key element of both American culture and global fashion history.

Viktor Fredbäck, one of the world’s foremost jean collectors from Sweden, travels to Nevada to unearth 1800s jeans from long-forgotten silver mines. In this book, he unveils his one-of-a-kind collection for the first time, sharing the stories woven into each pair. With newly captured images of models in period settings, the garments come to life. We also meet the people whose lives are tied to denim’s evolution: the miner, the rodeo clown, the sailor, and many more.

I was approached by Johanna, the owner of Graphera Förlag (Publishing), to ghostwrite what would eventually become True Fit. As someone who doesn’t typically wear jeans, I was initially hesitant about taking on the project. However, after meeting Viktor and experiencing his passion firsthand, I was instantly captivated by his enthusiasm.

Eight months later, the book was completed. The research during this time was rigorous. Every sentence in the book was triple-verified. This meant that for every fact presented, I had to find three independent sources to confirm its accuracy. Only then, after this meticulous process, were Viktor and I satisfied with the result.

Looking back, the journey of creating True Fit has been nothing short of remarkable. What began as a project I wasn’t sure I’d connect with turned into a deep exploration of history, culture, and my own craftsmanship. Through countless hours of research and collaboration with Viktor, the book became more than just a collection of facts—it became a tribute to the timeless appeal and cultural significance of jeans.

In the end, Viktor’s passion for denim became my own, and it was a privilege to help tell this story, one that stretches far beyond just fabric and stitching, and to contribute to the preservation of denim’s fascinating history.

True Fit – A Collected History of Denim has sold in over 20 countries and has been met with an overwhelmingly positive reception among jeans enthusiasts, vintage collectors, and fashion lovers, all the way from the USA and Europe to Japan.
